FAQ
Is this suitable for non-fixed processes like creative projects?
Not a great fit. The prompt builds around a "10 top items each with sub-items" structure. Creative projects are more fluid and forcing them into this shape makes the document rigid. Fixed processes (invoicing, onboarding, expense reports) fit best. For creative docs, ID 214 research report or ID 187 PPT outline are more flexible.
Does the generated process document miss key steps?
Yes. The AI often skips exception handling, rollback paths, and owners. After the draft, walk through the flow yourself: "what if this step fails," "who approves," "how long does this decision take." Put hidden issues back into the document.
How do I use this prompt?
Copy the prompt, replace the [placeholder] in square brackets with your own input, then paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, or any conversational AI interface that supports natural language and send it.
